Is It Turkey or GOLD?!?

So a few days ago T & I went to the HoneyBaked Ham store. We had some $$$ left on a gift certificate. T is not in to ham, so we get a turkey breast:


Looks good. And it is. But check out the label:


There is a close up below. Two things to see. One, the turkey breast weighs 2.72 pounds. It is $7.89 a pound, so $21.46! If that's not shocking enough, the "use by" date is 3/5. Of 2010!! What the hell is in this thing?!? We named him George. In honor of W. New-cue-ler.
