The Problem Is...?

As you may or may not know, the IFOCE this year instituted a points system. Every competitor was to have their totals calculated so points could be accurately doled out. That idea apparently just stayed around for the first two contests this year. For those two, full finishing results were released, full totals reported, and point distributed. For the next two, no complete results.
