For Steakbellie

Enjoy! Has anyone ever seen this on a menu in the United States? Or ever seen it available anywhere here? It would be fun to say 'Yeah, I tried that'. Being all ground up and mixed with oatmeal and spices it might not taste as one would think stomachs and hearts and stuff might taste. And is the stomach that everything is encased in actually eaten or is that part all for show?
