Recovery Day Eats
Here is my list of stuff I ate on this recovery day after the eating challenge:
2 Hot chai drinks (210 cal each) = 420 cal
1 Powerade Zero = 0 cal
1 Chocolate chip Clif Bar = 240 cal
6 slices turkey cold cuts (20 cal each) = 120 cal
1 Hot choco = 120 cal
Total caloric intake for the day: 900 calories. Nice!

Speaking of recovery days have you heard anything about the wing bowl qualifier this year? I've been searching and seen nothing you seem to know the competition schedules here in Colorado.
I have not. I know the finals are Feb 4th at half time of the Mammoth. So the qualifiers should start soon...
