Skinnyboy gets a mention (I guess it'd be a shout-out) on a track on Eric "Badlands" Booker's new rap album. The album is set to drop very soon, but until then check out the track here. Thanks to Beautiful Brian for posting the clip!

In contest news, there are no contests scheduled right now in which Skinnyboy will participate. Hopefully there will be a big announcement soon. There is the meatball eating championship in Atlantic City on 12/3.

While training does continue, updates to this blog will be very selective. Definitely there will be in-depth updates AFTER competitions, but there are not going to be details released leading up to competitions unless warranted. But do keep checking back because you never know what will show up!
