41.6 ounces cooked angel hair pasta (was 16.2 ounces dry)

Moving On Up

Here are two photos from last night. Went for 16 hot dogs & buns. When time was called, got through 14.

For those of you keeping score:

Each Nathan's Skinless Beef Frank -
170 calories (140 from fat)
15g fat (6g saturated)
35mg cholesterol
470mg sodium
2% vitamin A

Each Market Pantry (Target) Hot Dog Bun -
110 calories
2g fat
170mg sodium

Tonight's Train

Another very good session. It began with just about 2 lbs dry-weight of angel-hair pasta. Final tally:

3.64 lbs of angel-hair pasta
1.76 lbs of vanilla pudding
2.15 lbs of water

7.55 pounds. Great stretch. The vanilla is good, but not as tasty and delicious as the banana cream variety. I find the angel hair is tougher to eat than the normal spaghetti - maybe because there is a lot more of it, pound for pound, than when eating the spaghetti. Later.

Tonight I had twelve hot dogs & buns. I was not too concerned with the time again -- wanted to see how 12 would feel. Overall it was a great session.

Here are the numbers broken down:

Each Nathan's Bigger-Than-The-Bun Skinless Beef Frank -
170 calories (140 from fat)
15g fat (6g saturated)
35mg cholesterol
470mg sodium
2% vitamin A

Each Walmart GV Hot Dog Bun -
100 calories
1.5g fat
170mg sodium

So works out to 3240 calories, 198g fat, 7680mg sodium.

Another good stretch

After a good meal in Kailua-Kona (had the local favorite Loco Moco which is served in a big bowl ... two big scoops of rice, hamburger patty, two fried eggs, and then smothered in brown gravy) I stretched. Made up 3 boxes of bc pudding, some fruit, water, and the 16 hot dog buns. Totals:

35.3 ounces pudding
12.2 ounces fresh fruit - VERY fresh
32.3 ounces water
24 ounces in the hot dog buns

So not too shabby when you add in the loco moco and the 32 oz of water ingested as bun dip. SB out.
