We were in Vegas earlier this month and I wanted to do a challenge.
It ended up being the Big Sicilian Challenge at Verrazano Pizza.

Where the magic happens
Ready to go. The pizza was super super steamy hot. You want to allow it to cool some, but not too much because cold cheese is terrible.
Just started to dig in. Good stuff. Hot stuff. Many thanks to the manager for allowing the sub in of bacon for the sausage. Bacon makes anything better!
I ate the corner pieces first to protect from the corner crusts becoming tough.
I cut the last piece in to 4 smaller pieces. Approximate minute splits for each piece: 2, 2, 2, 2, 3, 3, 5, 10, 13. Ugh! The last 2 pieces took FOREVER to get down!
But, hey, finished! That is my 4th eating challenge first-to-finish. Nice! I'd love to be able to do it again and improve on that time!
